The eCertApp Collector App does not need to be paid, annual and monthly fees. The first 30 pages of certificates (including your uploaded certificate) does not need to be paid. From the 31 pages to 60 pages (including your uploaded certificates) needs to be paid the verification and e-certificate storage fee as a total fee of USD12.99 for two years. We do not provide QR code verification function to those unpaid registered user (but the first 30 pages are free of charge), all certificates are also permanently stored, but every 30 pages of certificates are as a pricing unit.

This is one that is difficult to compare. If you use high-quality paper to obtain the printing technology and quantity for traditional paper certificates, the cost will be very high. The certificate that has been issued cannot be revoked. You can see the status of the certificate issued by the organization after authentication, such as "invalid", "expired", "reissue new file". We need to make sure that when the certificate is issued which cannot be modified.

Institutions can register and apply with us, and the institutions that successfully apply can have a balance of 1000 points for free use. You may issue 333 pages of certificates at your first time successfully activation of the registered accounts. All government schools and non-profit organizations can also apply with us for free forever. Enter the application form

If the wrong certificate is issued and other operating error occurs, eCertApp will not make any compensation, rebate and/or refund.

You can shoot the old paper certificate as an image and store it in eCertApp collector, including your description and thoughts, and you can also link to the online certification page of your old certificate and related matters of the institution. Please refer to our teaching video.

There are usually two ways of thinking about arranging certificate files:

1) Arrangement of frequently used certificates-Set "group name" for each type of certificate, followed by "group number". You can use the date to find it easily, or you can use the number and text as the file number of an individual organization.

2) Event and Activity type arrangement-Set the name of the activity in the "group name" and follow the "group number" to enter multi-category certificates: for example, VIP, a participant certificate, competition award, volunteer certificate, thank you certificate, etc. All certificates about the event will be found in this "category name".
