Last Updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, platforms, websites, applications, APIs, digital trust services, and related technologies provided by Global Standard Certified Alliance ("GSCA"), operated by Techevent Limited and its affiliated entities ("GSCA", "we", "us", or "our").
GSCA provides a global digital trust infrastructure designed to support trusted identities, digital assets, certificates, credentials, product authenticity, provenance, verification, and trusted interactions across different industries and jurisdictions.
By accessing or using any GSCA service, creating an account, registering an organization, issuing or receiving a GSCA credential, or using a GSCA verification mechanism, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the applicable GSCA services.
1. GSCA Trust Infrastructure
GSCA operates a digital trust infrastructure that may provide or enable:
-
GSCA Trust Protocol
-
GSCA One ID
-
eAsset
-
eCert / eCertApp
-
eOrigin
-
eStamp
-
eForm
-

GSCA services may be configured differently for different organizations, industries, jurisdictions, and use cases.
Not every service, feature, or function is available to every user.
2. Definitions
For these Terms:
"GSCA Trust Protocol" means the framework and infrastructure through which GSCA enables trusted identities, digital assets, verification, authenticity, provenance, and related trust services.
"One ID" means a GSCA-enabled digital identity framework used to associate an authorized person, organization, pet, asset, credential, or other supported entity with relevant trusted information.
"eAsset" means a digital asset or digital credential issued, registered, managed, or verified through the GSCA Trust Protocol.
"Issuer" means an organization or authorized entity that creates or issues a GSCA-enabled credential, certificate, asset, identity, or record.
"Holder" means the person or entity to whom a digital credential, asset, certificate, or identity is assigned or made available.
"Verifier" means a person or entity that accesses a GSCA verification mechanism to verify a credential, asset, identity, product, or related record.
"Partner" means an organization, reseller, agency, integration partner, service provider, or other authorized GSCA business partner.
3. Accounts and Access
Certain GSCA services require registration.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and sufficient for the operation of the applicable service.
You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
-
Protecting authentication information;
-
Ensuring that information submitted through your account is accurate;
-
Preventing unauthorized access to your account;
-
Immediately notifying GSCA of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
You must not share authentication credentials with unauthorized persons or permit another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.
Where an account is created on behalf of an organization, the person creating the account represents that they have appropriate authority to act on behalf of that organization.
4. Identity and Verification
GSCA may provide identity and verification mechanisms designed to establish or support the authenticity, integrity, or status of a credential, identity, asset, product, or record.
A GSCA verification result represents the status of information available to the GSCA Trust Protocol at the time of verification.
GSCA does not independently guarantee the underlying truth of every item of information submitted by an Issuer or third party.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, GSCA acts as a technology and trust infrastructure provider and does not replace the legal, regulatory, professional, medical, educational, governmental, or commercial authority of the organization that issued the relevant information.
5. Issuer Responsibilities
Organizations and entities using GSCA to issue certificates, credentials, eAssets, product records, Pet IDs, or other digital records are responsible for the information they submit.
An Issuer must:
-
Have appropriate authority to issue the relevant credential or record;
-
Provide accurate information;
-
Obtain required consent or authorization;
-
Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
-
Maintain appropriate internal controls;
-
Use GSCA services only for legitimate purposes;
-
Promptly correct or revoke inaccurate or invalid records where appropriate.
GSCA may suspend, restrict, or revoke an Issuer's access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorized issuance, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
6. Digital Assets and Credentials
GSCA may enable Issuers to create and manage different forms of digital assets and credentials, including:
-
Certificates
-
Membership credentials
-
Awards
-
Licenses
-
Warranties
-
Product identities
-
Pet identities
-
Digital passports
-
Authenticity records
-
Provenance records
-
Other digital credentials
The specific information, rights, validity period, and verification conditions associated with an eAsset are determined by the applicable Issuer and service configuration.
GSCA does not automatically represent that a credential constitutes a government-issued license, statutory certification, professional qualification, or legally recognized document unless expressly identified as such.
7. NFC, QR Codes and Verification Identifiers
GSCA may use NFC tags, QR codes, URLs, digital identifiers, cryptographic identifiers, or other technologies to connect physical or digital objects with GSCA records.
Users acknowledge that:
-
Physical tags may be lost, damaged, copied, or removed;
-
QR codes may be photographed or reproduced;
-
NFC tags may be physically transferred or tampered with;
-
A verification mechanism does not by itself establish ownership unless the relevant GSCA service explicitly records and verifies ownership;
-
Verification results depend on the integrity and availability of the GSCA infrastructure and the information provided by the relevant Issuer.
GSCA may implement technical measures designed to detect unauthorized modification, duplication, or suspicious verification activity.
8. Product Authenticity and Provenance
Where GSCA services are used for product identity, authenticity, origin, or provenance, GSCA may provide technology for recording and verifying relevant information.
Such information may include:
-
Manufacturer
-
Product identity
-
Serial number
-
Batch number
-
Country of origin
-
Certification
-
Import or export information
-

-
Distribution or transfer records
-
Verification history
GSCA provides infrastructure for recording and verifying such information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GSCA does not itself act as the manufacturer, importer, exporter, distributor, customs authority, certification authority, or owner of the underlying product.
9. Pet ID and Related Services
GSCA may provide Pet ID and related services that allow authorized users or organizations to associate a pet with a digital identity and relevant information.
Depending on the service configuration, this may include:
-
Pet identity
-
Owner or guardian information
-
Emergency contacts
-
Vaccination records
-
Veterinary records
-
Insurance information
-
Certificates
-
NFC or QR identifiers
GSCA provides the technology infrastructure for such services.
The accuracy and legitimacy of veterinary, medical, ownership, vaccination, insurance, or other records remain the responsibility of the organization or individual providing the information.
10. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in content that you lawfully submit to GSCA, subject to any rights necessary for GSCA to operate the relevant service.
By submitting information or content to GSCA, you grant GSCA the limited rights reasonably necessary to:

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GSCA intellectual property to you.

Order forms;
-
Subscription agreements;
-
Membership agreements;
-
Partner agreements;
-
Reseller or agency agreements;
-
Enterprise agreements;
-
Commercial proposals.
Where separate commercial terms apply, those terms will govern the relevant financial relationship.
Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation to purchase a paid service unless expressly agreed.
17. Suspension and Termination
GSCA may suspend or terminate access to a service where:
-
These Terms are violated;
-
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
-
Security is threatened;

Required payments are not made;
-
The applicable account or organization becomes inactive;
-
Continued access could create legal, regulatory, technical, or reputational risk;
-
Required by law or a competent authority.
Where reasonably practicable, GSCA may provide notice before termination.
Termination does not automatically invalidate legitimate credentials previously issued by an organization unless the applicable credential is revoked or otherwise affected according to its governing rules.
