Effective Date: August 9, 2026
Last Updated: August 9, 2026

Global Standard Certified Alliance ("GSCA"), operated by Techevent Limited and its affiliated entities ("GSCA", "we", "us", or "our"),

provides digital trust infrastructure and related services to organizations, businesses, individuals, and other authorized participants.

This GSCA Payment, Billing & Refund Policy explains the general principles governing fees, payments, credits, subscriptions, digital services, transfers, refunds, and related transactions conducted through GSCA Services.

This Policy should be read together with the GSCA Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable commercial, enterprise, partner, reseller, or service-specific agreement.

1. GSCA Service Categories

GSCA may provide paid services across different participation models, including:

B2B — Business Services

Examples may include:

  1. GSCA organization membership;

  2. Enterprise SaaS services;

  3. Digital certificate services;

  4. eAsset services;

  5. eOrigin services;

  6. eStamp services;

  7. eForm services;

  8. API and integration services;

  9. Credit top-ups;

  10. Enterprise solutions;

  11. Other business and Trust Protocol services.

  7. Other consumer-oriented trust services.

C2C — Trusted Transfer Services

GSCA may also support trusted transactions or transfers between individuals.

For example, an eOrigin-enabled asset may be transferred from one authorized party to another through a GSCA-enabled process.

GSCA may charge a service fee to one or more participating parties for providing the relevant transfer, verification, authentication, record-update, or trust infrastructure service.

The applicable fee, where any, will be presented to the relevant party or parties before the transaction is confirmed.

2. Prices and Fees

Prices and fees for GSCA Services may be displayed in USD or another currency specified at the time of purchase.

The applicable price or fee will generally be the amount displayed when the transaction is confirmed.

GSCA may change prices and fees from time to time.

A price or fee change will not normally affect a transaction that has already been successfully completed, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Certain enterprise, partner, reseller, or negotiated arrangements may be subject to separate pricing and commercial agreements.

3. Taxes and Government Charges

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable:

  1. Sales tax;

  2. VAT;

  3. GST;

  4. Digital service tax;

  5. Duties;

  6. Other government charges.

Where required by applicable law, such charges may be added to the transaction.

The customer is responsible for applicable taxes associated with the purchase unless GSCA is legally required to collect them.

4. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through GSCA or authorized third-party payment providers.

Depending on the service, available payment methods may include:

  1. Credit cards;

  2. Debit cards;

  3. Online payment services;

  4. Bank transfer;

  5. Other payment methods supported by GSCA.

Where payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party payment provider, GSCA does not normally store complete payment card information.

Payment information may therefore also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy.

5. B2B Membership and SaaS Services

Organizations may purchase:

  1. GSCA Membership;

  2. SaaS subscriptions;

  3. Credits;

  4. Enterprise services;

  5. Additional modules;

  6. API services;

  7. Other business services.

The applicable billing cycle, subscription period, credit allocation, usage limits, renewal conditions, and pricing will be stated at the time of purchase or in the relevant commercial agreement.

6. Credit-Based Services

Certain GSCA Services may operate using prepaid credits or usage units.

Credits may be purchased in accordance with the applicable pricing schedule.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

  1. Credits represent prepaid access to GSCA Services;

  2. Credits are not cash;

  3. Credits do not represent a deposit or bank balance;

  4. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash;

  5. Credits cannot be used outside their intended GSCA Services;

  6. Credits are not transferable between unrelated accounts unless GSCA expressly enables such transfer.

7. Credit Top-Up

Customers may purchase additional credits when available.

Once a top-up transaction has been successfully completed and credits have been added to the relevant account, the purchase is generally considered completed.

Unused credits may remain available subject to:

  1. The applicable service terms;

  2. Account status;

  3. Credit validity rules;

  4. Any applicable expiration rules.

8. Transfer of Credits

Where GSCA expressly provides a credit-transfer function, credits may be transferred between eligible accounts subject to applicable rules.

GSCA may:

  1. Restrict transfer eligibility;

  2. Apply transfer limits;

  3. Require account verification;

  4. Charge a transfer fee;

  5. Reject transfers involving suspicious or unauthorized activity.

Credits may not be transferred outside the GSCA system or redeemed for cash.

9. Digital Asset and eOrigin Transfer Fees

Where an eOrigin-enabled asset is transferred between parties, GSCA may charge a transfer service fee.

The fee may be charged to:

  1. The sender;

  2. The recipient;

  3. Both parties;

  4. Or another party specified during the transaction.

The applicable transfer service fee, if any, will be clearly displayed to the relevant party or parties before the transfer is confirmed.

10. C2C Transfer Transactions

Where GSCA facilitates a trusted transfer between a buyer and seller, GSCA's role is to provide the relevant digital trust infrastructure, such as:

  1. Identity verification;

  2. Asset verification;

  3. Transfer authorization;

  4. Record updating;

  5. Provenance recording;

  6. Transaction status;

  7. Digital ownership or custody records where supported.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GSCA is not the seller or buyer of the underlying asset.

GSCA does not guarantee the physical condition, quality, value, legality, or commercial performance of an asset exchanged between parties.

11. Transfer Completion

Once an authorized eOrigin transfer has been successfully completed and the relevant GSCA records have been updated, the applicable transfer service is considered fulfilled.

Transfer fees are generally non-refundable after the transfer service has been completed, except where:

  1. GSCA has failed to provide the purchased service;

  2. A duplicate charge has occurred;

  3. GSCA expressly approves a refund;

  4. A refund is required by applicable law.

12. Refund Policy

GSCA generally operates on a service-completion basis.

Accordingly, fees may generally be non-refundable once:

  1. A digital service has been activated;

  2. A certificate or credential has been issued;

  3. Credits have been consumed;

  4. A transfer has been completed;

  5. An eAsset has been created or activated;

  6. A subscription period has commenced;

  7. A digital service has been delivered.

However, nothing in this Policy excludes any refund, cancellation, or other statutory right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Unused Credits

Unused credits are generally non-refundable after purchase.

However, GSCA may consider a refund or account adjustment in exceptional circumstances, including:

  1. Duplicate payment;

  2. Technical failure attributable to GSCA;

  3. Billing error;

  4. Unauthorized transaction;

  5. Other circumstances determined by GSCA.

Any refund remains subject to applicable law and the relevant service terms.

14. No Cash Redemption

GSCA credits, digital credentials, eAssets, membership entitlements, or other prepaid service units do not constitute money or a stored-value financial instrument unless expressly stated otherwise.

They generally cannot be:

  1. Redeemed for cash;

  2. Converted into currency;

  3. Used as a deposit;

  4. Treated as an investment;

  5. Used as a financial instrument.

15. Subscription Renewal

Where a GSCA Service operates on a recurring subscription basis, the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed during purchase.

Depending on the service, customers may be required to renew manually or may be subject to automatic renewal where legally permitted and expressly agreed.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining valid payment information where automatic renewal is enabled.

16. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, GSCA may:

  1. Retry the payment;

  2. Request another payment method;

  3. Suspend access to paid services;

  4. Restrict additional usage;

  5. Suspend account functionality;

  6. Terminate the applicable subscription in accordance with the relevant terms.

GSCA is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, card issuers, or other third parties.

17. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment has been made without your authorization, you should contact GSCA promptly and, where applicable, your payment provider or financial institution.

GSCA may investigate suspicious transactions and may temporarily suspend relevant services while an investigation is conducted.

18. Fraud Prevention

GSCA may use reasonable measures to detect and prevent:

  1. Payment fraud;

  2. Account abuse;

  3. Credit manipulation;

  4. Unauthorized transfers;

  5. Identity fraud;

  6. Chargeback abuse;

  7. Credential fraud;

  8. Other suspicious activity.

GSCA may delay, reject, reverse, or suspend a transaction where reasonably necessary to protect users or the integrity of the GSCA Trust Infrastructure, subject to applicable law.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact GSCA first where there is a billing issue or dispute.

Where a payment is reversed through a payment provider or chargeback process after a GSCA Service has already been delivered, GSCA may:

  1. Suspend the relevant service;

  2. Restrict the account;

  3. Reverse unused benefits where technically possible;

  4. Investigate the transaction;

  5. Recover legitimate outstanding amounts where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Promotional Credits and Free Services

GSCA may occasionally provide:

  1. Promotional credits;

  2. Trial credits;

  3. Complimentary services;

  4. Discount codes;

  5. Promotional memberships;

  6. Other incentives.

Promotional credits generally:

  1. Have no cash value;

  2. Cannot be redeemed for cash;

  3. May expire;

  4. May be subject to additional conditions;

  5. May not be transferable unless expressly stated.

21. Account Closure and Remaining Credits

If a customer voluntarily closes an account, unused credits generally remain subject to the applicable credit terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed:

Unused credits are not automatically converted into cash or refunded upon account closure.

Where an account is terminated due to fraud, abuse, or serious violation of GSCA policies, unused credits may be suspended or forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

22. Commercial Agreements

Enterprise customers, GSCA members, agencies, resellers, strategic partners, and other organizations may operate under separate agreements.

Such agreements may establish different:

  1. Prices;

  2. Billing schedules;

  3. Credit terms;

  4. Commission arrangements;

  5. Renewal arrangements;

  6. Payment terms;

  7. Refund conditions.

Where a signed agreement expressly conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement will govern the applicable commercial relationship to the extent permitted by law.

23. Currency

Unless otherwise specified, GSCA prices and fees may be quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

Where payment is processed in another currency, the payment provider or financial institution may apply its own exchange rate and currency conversion fees.

GSCA is not responsible for exchange-rate differences imposed by third-party financial institutions.

24. Changes to Pricing and Payment Terms

GSCA may modify:

  1. Service prices;

  2. Credit packages;

  3. Subscription fees;

  4. Transfer fees;

  5. Payment methods;

  6. Promotional offers;

  7. Billing structures.

Changes will generally apply to future purchases and renewals and will not retroactively alter completed transactions unless required by law or expressly agreed.
